Katrina Ghazarian joins THE SHO

THE SHO is excited to announce our newest team member, Katrina Ghazarian, who is joining as an Advisor of Operations. Katrina's executive leadership skills, unmatched passion for community basketball and experience as a referee will help us bring to market a platform that helps teams at every level.

Recently named #8 for the 2020 Top Social Media Influencers on Forbes, Katrina is the CEO and Principal Consultant for GamedayHR - specializing in High Growth, M&A, and Exit clients. Katrina is a proven Business Management Consultant with over 10 years of experience working directly with business owners and key business executives.

An entrepreneur herself, she has played a key role in consulting several businesses from start-up to successful exits by supporting the essential functions of leadership, key personnel recruitment, employment infrastructure, and cutting costs. Her vision to create a productive, healthy, and safe workplace shows through all of her actions and partnerships.
